What builders ask before they hire.

Can construction work actually be done offshore?
The site crew stays local. Estimating, QS, procurement, document control, CAD and construction bookkeeping are desk roles that use the same software you already use — Procore, Aconex, AutoCAD, Buildsoft, Xero. Those are the roles we place. Nothing on site changes.
Will they understand AS standards, the NCC and AU tender formats?
Every estimator or QS we shortlist has prior exposure to AU or NZ work. Our practical test is a real take-off or BOQ build-up from an AU plan set, so a costly error shows up before it ever reaches your tender. Candidates who don't pass don't reach you.
Will the communication be good enough?
The Philippines is ranked #2 in Asia for English proficiency (EF EPI 2025). Every shortlisted candidate records a video response, so you judge their communication before you ever speak to them.
Is this legal under Fair Work?
Wage theft became a criminal offence in Australia in January 2025. Our EOR / Contractor of Record structure from $400/month is built for the new rules, and contracts are lawyer-reviewed.
